Dayton Parkinson have been paying attention to the sales people that are not active or have become non- active in day-to-day selling activity. We are a Real Estate company specifically catering to the sales people who want to maintain their real estate license with the Department of State of New York but do not want to participate in any real estate board.

These sales people may include those that are part-time; sales people that are taking a break from the business for a short/long time; or those who just want to change their occupation, but do not want to lose their real estate license. In joining our service there are NO Real Estate Board fees, no Multiple Listing Fees to pay, just a small annual fee to us.

We encourage our sales people to refer any potential real estate activity to their Broker of Origin. We are a Real Estate Brokerage Firm and under D.O.S. are allowed to trade in real estate, but we DO NOT belong to any real estate board and DO NOT have access to any M.L.S. system.
