· Promote your property to other real estate offices
· Promote your property to fellow sales people in the office
· Promote your property to past customers
· Install Charles Rutenberg Realty Post “For Sale” sign
· Send out “Just Listed “ flyers to your neighbors
· Conduct Broker’s Open House with your approval
· Conduct Buyer’s Open House with your approval
· Advertise in the newspapers/magazines: Newsday, Home Source, Home Info, Realty Window etc., Korean R.E. magazine
· Keep you informed of all activates
· Give you informed feed-back from other agents who show your property
· Qualify all potential buyers
· Meet with buyers engineer
· Contact your attorney regarding contract signing
· Contact buyer’s attorney regarding contract signing
· Fallow up on buyer’s mortgage application
· Meet with termite inspector
· Meet with bank appraiser
· Meet with surveyor if applicable
· Make sure buyer get loan commitment from bank
· Make sure buyer’s attorney order title search & send report to bank/seller attorney
· Assist you in getting violations removed if applicable
· Get closing date
· Arrange for final inspection
· Accompany you to the closing.
